The Lord's Heritage Church
Delete your Heritage Online account
Heritage Online is the member portal and mobile app of The Lord's Heritage Church. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal information, and what happens after you ask.
No app needed
Use this page from any browser, even if you have uninstalled the app.
Ownership checked
We verify the request against the address on the account before acting.
You hear back
We reply only to the email on your account, and confirm when it is done.
How requests are handled
- You submit this form with the email address on your account.
- If an account exists for that address, we email a single-use confirmation link to it. Opening the link is what proves the request came from the owner of the account. It expires after 24 hours and never asks for a password.
- Once ownership is confirmed, our team reviews what is tied to the account and removes it. We email you only after the account has actually been removed and the request is complete.
You can also submit the same request from inside the app under My Profile → Account Settings, and members can follow the status there.
Deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Profile information such as name, email, phone and address
- Your mailbox settings and messages exchanged only with yourself
- Shared messages verified as authored by you have their subject and body redacted; your identifiers are removed or anonymized
- Prayer requests you submitted
- Group memberships and event registrations
May be kept
- Independent message content written by other participants, with your identifiers removed or anonymized
- Ambiguous legacy messages pending separate review
- Giving records required for accounting and tax purposes
- Official church records such as baptisms, weddings, funerals and dedications
Retained records are de-linked from your portal account wherever possible and are kept only for legitimate church, legal, or accounting reasons.
Pastoral ministry records are church records held separately from portal accounts. Deleting your account does not delete, anonymise or unlink them. If you ask us to address the personal information they contain, we handle that through a separate privacy and records-retention review, including any legal obligation that applies.
Privacy
Our full privacy policy describes what we collect and how long we keep it, including the deletion process and retained records.
